What this service is
Rentity helps small landlords manage rooms, leases, bills and LINE reminders.
Rentity is not a party to the lease. The landlord and the tenant are the parties.
Accounts and use
Landlords sign in with LINE and are responsible for the details they enter.
Tenants link their LINE account through an invite link from the landlord. Please do not share the invite link.
What not to do
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not try to reach other people's data, and do not upload data that is not yours without permission.
Generated documents and figures
Lease drafts, receipts and calculated figures are aids. Landlords should check them before use and ask a professional when unsure.
Fees
Prices and terms for each plan follow the package page, which is not in effect until plans open for sign up.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms and will say so in the app when a reviewed version is ready.
